Yes, from the Pro plan up. Your business name, logo, and accent color show on every portal page and invoice. Fully branded client emails (where Delivvo is invisible in the inbox) are an Agency-plan feature.
Upload v2 of a deliverable and v1 stays on file. Clients can see the version history, and feedback is always tied to the specific version it was left on, so approvals never slip out of sync.
On your side, up to 50 GB per file. Your clients can send you up to 5 GB per file from inside the portal, so even large video exports and full-resolution sets move without a separate transfer tool or an expiring link.
Yes. Send an agreement and your client signs it inside the portal, no separate e-sign app. The signed copy is stored for both of you, and you can lock the work behind a signed contract and a deposit before it starts.
Yes. Each project has a private, encrypted message thread, so questions and feedback live right next to the work instead of getting buried in your inbox.
No, and that's the point. You connect your OWN Stripe, PayPal, Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Checkout.com, MyFatoorah, Moyasar, or N-Genius account (or just paste an IBAN, Wise, or Payoneer link). Money goes directly from your client to your account. Delivvo never touches a cent, never holds a balance, and never takes a cut. Available on every plan.
No. Your API keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted before they touch our database, and the decryption key lives in environment config that no admin tool can read. Even our super-admins query the DB without ever seeing a usable secret. The only code path that decrypts is the runtime call to your gateway, and that call goes from our server straight to your provider, never sideways.
Yes. Per freelancer or per client you can pin payment timing to upfront-deposit, after-delivery (the default), or 50/50 split (half before work begins, half on final approval). You can also lock deliverable downloads until the invoice is paid.
Stripe, PayPal, Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Checkout.com, MyFatoorah, Moyasar, and N-Genius, plus IBAN, Wise, and Payoneer for manual transfers. Your client pays through whichever one you connect, and the money lands straight in your account.
Yes. Delivvo has a free forever plan with no card and no time limit. It covers 3 clients, 3 active projects, 5 GB of storage, contracts with e-signature, and invoices with PDF. Your clients still pay you directly through your own gateway, and Delivvo takes 0%.
Your account moves to the free plan, so nothing is lost. Your data stays put and your portals keep working. If you are within the free limits (3 clients, 3 active projects, 5 GB) you carry on as normal. If you are over them, the extra items go read-only until you upgrade or archive down. Nothing is deleted.
Anytime, in one click. Downgrading keeps every project and file; you just lose access to the higher-tier features (Agency-only milestones, templates, etc.). No export drama, no data loss.
